Sirens Pub-n-Grub opened with one simple idea: that a neighborhood bar and grill could be both casual and genuinely excellent. Not fine dining with a dress code — but not a dive bar either. Something in between, done right.
We set up shop in Seminole, Florida, within reach of some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. The location wasn't an accident. This corner of the Pinellas Peninsula carries that easy, sun-warmed energy that makes every hour feel like happy hour.
The name? A nod to the sea, to the mythic pull of the coastline, and to the irresistible lure of a cold drink and a plate of food you didn't expect to be this good. We wanted a name that felt alive — one that matched the ambiance we were building.

Our kitchen doesn't do ordinary. Every dish on our menu is crafted to feel like it belongs here — the fresh catch, the handcrafted burgers, the elevated comfort plates. Salmon Rockefeller alongside Grouper Tacos. Marry-Me Chicken next to Lobster Fritters. A menu that's serious about flavor without taking itself too seriously.
Behind the bar, we've built a program that can keep up. Forty-eight craft pours — local brews, regional favorites, and a full cocktail list — anchored by our signature creations like the Mermaid Mojito and Siren's Song. If you want something to drink while the sun goes down, we have that covered.
We're open seven days a week, from 11am until whenever the night runs out. Walk-ins welcome. Reservations available. Groups always accommodated — call ahead and we'll take care of you.
